First real blog post!

For years, I’ve been looking for a way to find my voice in the world of contemporary Christianity. There is so much that God has done in my life that I’d like to leave a written testimony to his acts and the thoughts he’s given to me.

I’m a lucky guy. I have a great wife and three kids which I adore. I’m the pastor of Templo Jerusalen, a primarily Spanish speaking church in the Yakima, Washington area. Although the work can be very frustrating, I’m thankful that God brought me here to know such a wonderful bunch of people. We all have a ways to go, but I know that the Lord is leading us to something better.

So, it’s from that perspective that I’ll be writing from—a thankful guy who wants the world to be a better place through their relationship with Christ.

Thanks for taking this journey with me!
